Anyone wanna go camping?? WE DO!!!!

Some may say you are nuts, what are you thinking, aren't you supposed to be poor students????

To that Max would reply "My wife has been saving and saving for this for a long time and when a good deal comes around she just can't pass it up!!"

It all started with a FREE truck....yep FREE (picture in previous post). (Max's dream come true, or at least till he can get the real one he wants) And the place that the truck came from also just so happened to have a small travel trailer....perfect I thought!! (My dream come true)

Sooooo.......Who wants to go camping with us?? Ok, Ok.....not until the baby's here and then we are ready.

3cm and Freezer meals

Ok, Ok, I know that you can be dilated for weeks but yesterday means hope!!! There is an end in site! I had my 36 week check up and was checked and found out that i'm 3cm dilated!! So knowing that I needed to get my but in gear. The crib is up, the super cute new (redone) car seat is ready(made by Grandma Ruthie) and the meals are made. (most of them). This means we are ready, well we think so!!! I'm not sure if i'll really be ready but I know she is!! Here are a few pictures of what we have been up to.

5:13 Doorbell...

This morning at 5:13 we woke up to the doorbell ringing. My first thought was "oh great now Benson is going to be awake!" I could see someone shinning a flashlight in our door window and knew right away that it was probably the police. Yep it was! They were needing our car information because a drunk driver was driving down our road an hour earlier and hit about 9 or so cars on his way down the street. If you look down the street from where our car is sitting you can see that the car was dragging something and he certainly was drunk! Good thing it was only a broken mirror.

I LOVE SEWING!!!

I saw this idea at the Raymond Quilt store and had to make it. (the pillow was my idea but the quilt that is in progress is from the store) I will show you the quilt soon when it is done. I was just so proud of myself with the pillow and idea and it turning out PERFECT that I had to show you!!!!

It might be hard to see how this is sewn but it is all on top with no tinny pieces to put together. You glue stick the small squares in place and then sew away.
